All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for:• Change of mind• Incorrect orders placed by customers• Delayed customer responses• Failure to complete payment within the required timeframe• Refusal to pay customs duties, taxes or import charges• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer• Products reserved for extended periods at the customer's request

  1. STOCK RESERVATION POLICY

Stock reservation is valid for 48 hours only unless otherwise agreed.

Orders that remain unpaid after the stated deadline will be automatically cancelled.

Payments already made for reserved stock are non-refundable, especially where stock has been specifically allocated, purchased or held for the customer.

Any future purchase after cancellation will be treated as a new order based on current stock availability, pricing, shipping rates and product expiry dates.

  1. SPECIAL REQUEST / CUSTOM ORDERS

Items specially purchased or ordered upon customer request are:

• Non-cancellable• Non-returnable• Non-refundable

Once such items have been purchased on behalf of the customer, refunds will not be provided.

  1. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers must provide:

• Clear video unboxing & photos of the item received

• Photos of the parcel packaging

• Order details

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.

Approved claims may be eligible for replacement or store credit at our discretion.

  1. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

NoorBeautyHQ ships worldwide.

We are not responsible for:• Customs delays• Import restrictions• Seizure by customs authorities• Taxes, VAT, import permits or customs duties imposed by destination countries• Courier delays caused by weather, customs inspections or circumstances beyond our control. Shipping charges are non-refundable once shipment has been dispatched.

  1. PRODUCT EXPIRY DATES

Many of our products have expiry dates.

Customers are encouraged to complete payment promptly to avoid unnecessary delays.

Products reserved for extended periods will not be replaced with newer batches due to delayed payment by the customer.

  1. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled automatically if payment is not received within the specified period.

Once cancelled:• Reserved stock may be released to other customers• Previous quotations, prices and promotions may no longer apply• Payments already made may not be refundable
